1. APPOINTMENT
Our customers come in and meet with one of our jewelry experts to get an education in the diamond-buying process. You are not meeting with a salesman. Anyone who knows the DeSimones knows they treat each customer like FAMILY.
By the end of your appointment you will have no doubt that you made the right choice in letting DeSimone Jewelers be part of your engagement process.
2. CAD DESIGN
CAD stands for Computer Aided Design using gemvision matrix software. Our experts custom design each piece of jewelry from start to finish. DeSimone jewelers prides itself in being pioneers with CAD and laser welding being the first jewelers on jewelers row to implement cutting-edge technology
3. CASTING
The wax printed from the CAD makes a 3d rendering so you can see what your piece of jewelry looks like prior to finish. It is at this point of the process the craftsman will communicate directly with you to ensure the piece is exactly what you envisioned
4. SETTING
The custom piece's diamonds are set by one of our expert craftsman using the latest in jewelry technology to ensure pinpoint accuracy in your custom piece.
5. Polishing
While each piece is hand-crafted the same way, no two diamonds are exactly alike, therefore special care must be taken to ensure the polishing of not only your gems but also your settings receive special attention. We take care of all of that in-house. Always.
